Smart Chessboard
Co-designed an interactive mechatronic system that senses board state and provides real-time visual feedback for valid moves and check/checkmate conditions. Built on an STM32 MCU and Lattice FPGA with Hall effect sensors and LEDs.
About

I'm an engineer with a B.S. in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College and am currently pursuing a M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from UCLA. I currently work as a software engineer at Culldron, a startup creating decentralized news.
Outside of work, I enjoy building things that sit at the intersection of software and the physical world. My favorite project so far is a Smart Chessboard that lights up available moves during gameplay.
